Strive Now Collaborative: Empowering El Paso’s Future Leaders
Strive Now hosts six dynamic sessions each season for students in grades 8–12, designed to build character, career readiness, and community leadership, all through intentional mentorship and real-world experiences.
Keynote Talks from local El Paso leaders who share insight, inspiration, and practical advice. Exciting Venues around El Paso like La Nube, the Starlight Event Center, and the Blueflame Building to spark creativity and connection. Meals provided at each session by local chef and community partner, Chef Diego. Mentorship opportunities to support students in their personal and leadership growth. Community Service Projects — at least 2 large-scale opportunities each season to help students actively contribute to their city.
Through a blend of purpose-driven workshops, mentorship, and community engagement, the Collaborative is shaping the next generation of confident, values-based leaders right here in El Paso.

Strive Now is a purpose-driven youth development program that can be offered as a dynamic afterschool club or integrated directly into your school’s college and career readiness efforts. Designed to build not just resumes but resilient, values-driven leaders. Strive Now equips students with the habits, mindset, and mentorship they need to thrive in school, career, and life.
Program Highlights:
30-Session Curriculum focused on leadership, self-awareness, and community engagement, aligned with core values like diligence, integrity, confidence, authenticity, and service.
Plug-and-Play Resources that make it easy for staff or volunteers to launch and lead with minimal prep—perfect for advisory, afterschool, or enrichment periods.
Interactive Workshops & Service Projects that promote practical skills like communication, goal-setting, and problem-solving while nurturing long-term purpose.
Mentorship & Real-World Experience through partnerships with community leaders, allowing students to see values in action and gain professional insight.
Whether offered after school or woven into advisory, SEL, or CTE programming, Strive Now brings meaningful impact to your students and a lasting sense of purpose to your school culture.

Strive Now offers dynamic, interactive workshops designed to help teens and young adults grow into confident, values-based leaders. Available to community organizations, schools, and youth-serving programs, these workshops provide professional development in key areas such as:

We have 16 Workshops all created to equip participants with ready-to-use tools, engaging content, and mentorship opportunities, creating space for personal growth, skill-building, and lasting impact. At Strive Now, we believe passion is ignited by discovering purpose, and purpose is often found through serving others. That’s why each workshop series includes opportunities for participants to get involved in their community and understand the value of a life rooted in service.
