This form is for high school students interested in growing as leaders, living with purpose, and making an impact in their community.
The Strive Now Collab is a 6-part workshop + keynote series running September 2026–March 2027.
By completing this form, you’ll receive the official application in April 2026.
There is a $50 registration donation if accepted. Sponsorships are available—no student will be turned away for financial reasons.

Learn from Community/Industry Leaders from the El Paso Area
As part of our Strive Now mentorship program, we are proud to have local El Paso leaders who generously share their insight, inspiration, and practical advice with our students. These keynote speakers offer real-world perspectives, guidance, and encouragement, helping our teens connect their purpose to meaningful action in their communities and future careers.
Workshops & Exciting Venues
Strive Now hosts six dynamic sessions each season for students in grades 8–12, designed to build character, career readiness, and community leadership through intentional mentorship and real-world experiences. Local El Paso leaders share insight, inspiration, and practical advice, with workshops held at exciting venues across the city like La Nube and Starlight Event Center. PLUS lunch is provided at each event.
Community Service is a BIG deal to us!!
Community Service Projects — Each season, students participate in at least two large-scale service opportunities that allow them to actively contribute to their city. These projects are designed to build teamwork, leadership, and a heart for service, giving students hands-on experience in making a meaningful impact in their community.
